What exactly is ColorGuard?

ColorGuard is technically a visual interpretation of the music. In reality it is one of the hardest sports(yes, its a sport)you can do. ColorGuard teaches you to SPIN (not twirl, that is for batons.) anything. 6', 7', even 10' flags! Lawn torches(not on fire, of course), sabres, swing flags(mini flags), rifles(not real ones) and all sorts of stuff. Guard also teaches you how to deal with other people who are different.
